Personal data processed
Personal data is collected through this website only when you submit the contact form: full name, email address, company name if provided, the subject you select and the message content. The IP address at the time of submission is also processed briefly to prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to evaluate your request and respond to you. The legal basis is your explicit consent and legitimate interest (Law No. 6698, Art. 5).
Retention period
Form messages are deleted within a reasonable period after the correspondence is complete; they are not kept longer than necessary. IP records are retained only for abuse control and deleted shortly after.
Transfers
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No transfer takes place other than to the infrastructure provider used for email delivery.
Your rights
Under Art. 11 of Law No. 6698 you have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can send your requests to info@kybelis.com.tr
